Return and Exchange Policy

At Indlooms, we strive to offer you the best in handcrafted and quality apparel. We understand that sometimes, a product might not be exactly what you expected. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have a clear return and exchange policy.

1. Our Return Window:

  • You can initiate a return or exchange request within 31 days of receiving your order. After 31 days from the delivery date, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition. It should not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage.
  • Original Packaging & Tags: The item must be returned in its original packaging (polybag, dust bag, etc.) with all original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) intact and attached.
  • No Odors: The item should be free from any perfumes, deodorants, smoke, or other strong odors.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original invoice or order confirmation is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Discounted or Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged. Please check the product description for specific details on sale items.
  • Customized/Made-to-Order Items: Products that have been customized, altered, or made to order specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items without Original Tags: If the original tags are removed or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Reasons for Return/Exchange:

We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Size/Fit: If the size or fit is not as expected.
  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival. We conduct strict quality checks before dispatch, but in rare cases, this might occur.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@indlooms.com or call us at 7602447469 within 31 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:
    • Your Order Number
    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective, incorrect item)
    • If exchanging, specify the desired size/color (subject to availability).
    • Attach clear photos of the product if it is defective or damaged.
  3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags and original packaging. Please write the RA number clearly on the outer packaging.
  5. Shipping the Item:
    • For Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will arrange for a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.
    • For Size/Fit Issues (Exchanges or Refunds): The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  6. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process.

5. Refunds:

  • If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • In cases of part returns, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Exchanges:

  • If your exchange is approved and the requested item is in stock, we will dispatch the new item to you after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.

7. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return policy once you receive the item.

8. Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
  • Indlooms will not be responsible for any items returned without prior authorization (RA number).
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Indlooms.com will be final.
